3. No Obligation to Use
Company is not obligated to use any footage or material featuring Contributor.
4. Contributor Representations

5. No Compensation Implied
Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, this release does not entitle Contributor to payment, royalties, or profit share from the documentary or related media.
