Subscription Agreement

This Subscription Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between The Road ("Company") and the undersigned investor ("Subscriber").

Subscriber agrees to purchase, and Company agrees to sell, [number/type of units, e.g., shares / revenue-share units / notes] for a total investment amount of $[______], subject to the terms below.

Company will apply the proceeds as described in the Investor Information Pack, subject to reasonable business judgment.
